6000 SERIES SANDER


 

The 6000 Series machine will brush sand and/or wire  brush parts with standard widths of 25, 37 and 49 inches. It has  2 to 6 spindles which will accommodate sanding or wire brushes  up to 14 inch diameter and 50 inches long. It has a fixed height  conveyor and accommodates parts up to 9 inches thick. 

The spindles are belt driven with full power down to 450 RPM. Speed and direction are controlled from the touchscreen. Each motor’s load is also displayed. 

Inverters control the feed rate, the spindles’ speed, and rotational direction. Load meters aid setup and help maintain consistent results.  Larger diameter sanding and wire brushes deliver best results.
