The CXT machine series is designed to produce four tenons with each cycle. Two parts are machined at once with production rates in excess of twenty five parts per minute. Round tenons, square tenons, and clipped tenons may all be done on this machine. CNC controls are used so all set ups are fast and repeatable. The machine is designed to produce one-at-a-time or batches; either option used it is the fastest round end tenon creating machine available.
The HPM machine has CNC controlled spindles for mortising and drilling. This machine is equipped with multiple heads on individual carriages, which allows for a wider range of machining on a single part without re-positioning or changing the tooling. The HPM machine is ideally suited for machining face frames, style & rail components, slot mortising and routing. The MTH is a Multi-axis CNC Horizontal Machining Center. It is used for producing high quality Haunched Mortise & Tenon Joints which are used in many furniture and cabinet applications.
