$50 per hour for technical assistance. Billing information will be required prior to technical service.

ACCU-SERVICE, LLC. HAS PROVIDED SERVICE AND PARTS SINCE 2006. THE COMPANY IS COMMITTED TO CONTINUING SERVICE TO ACCU-SYSTEMS MACHINES, AND NOW PILLAR MACHINES!

 

Dear Valued Customer,

Accu-Service will begin a new service policy beginning January 1, 2014. Recognizing the need to provide quality service in a demanding market, Accu-Service has reviewed the long standing support policy and found a deficit. In order to provide the valuable service that customers expect, Accu-Service will now require a modest hourly rate for the service technician phone time. This policy will apply to all out of warranty machines. If you are uncertain of your machines warranty, please review your warranty policy, or call us to learn more.

All calls will be assigned a case number, and the issue will be tracked using this number until it is resolved. Customers will be required to provide a credit card, billing information, or an existing case number when calling in for support on the Accu-Systems and Pillar Machine CNC products. Priority will be based on the order in which your call was received, and the call volume. Hours will be billed at $50 per hour, in 1 hour increments. It may take several calls to find the resolution. Please remember to write down your case number, and present it on your follow-up calls.
